“The secret ingredient of sweet and creamy home-made ice cream is ripe bananas! Freeze the bananas as soon as they are completely covered in brown spots. It’s always good to stock up some bananas in your freezer, so they are ready when you need them.” – Mariska
- 4 frozen bananas
- 8 passion fruits
Get the frozen bananas and cut them into pieces. Mix the bananas with the pulp of the six passion fruits into ice, using a food processor or hand blender. Serve the ice cream in a coconut bowl and pour the pulp of the remaining two passion fruits over the ice. Top it with your favorite fruit!
