Overnight Oats & Chia Pudding

Love it when breakfast is ready when you wake-up? So do we! This is the perfect Weekday Bowl: overnight oats and chia pudding with kiwi and banana. Barbara from Beautyful Balanced Life created this beautiful bowl and shares the recipe below. We know what we are having for breakfast tomorrow!

Ingredients

  • 200 ml soy milk
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 kiwi
  • 0.5 banana 

Instructions
Mix everything together and cover it up. Put it in the fridge overnight. In the morning pour the mixture into your coconut bowl and enjoy!
