You will get an exclusive sneak peek in Vegabond’s kitchen where our chef Jason (The Indigo Kitchen) will tell you all about the Vegan Kitchen. Together we will prepare and enjoy a tasty meal served in a sustainable coconut bowl from Plant Ahead. You will go home with a coconut bowl and lots of inspiration and recipes, so you can enjoy vegan bowls every day!
In this Dinner Bowl edition, we will create a delicious and healthy Sushi Bowl with plant-based protein to make your meal complete. We’ll show you how to turn a “boring” piece of tofu into an essential ingredient full of flavor.
It will be a cozy group of 10 participants. Everyone is welcome. Feel free to come alone or with a friend. Whether you are vegan or not, we’ll make sure you go home with new insights and inspiration! The recipes are explained step-by-step and there is plenty of room to ask questions.
